Congo Grill™ is a trademark of EKOSIMBA, LLC. Unauthorized use of the Congo Grill name, logo, or branding is prohibited.

You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or otherwise use our content or trademarks without our prior written consent.

Our Site includes forms for joining the waitlist, requesting catering quotes, and sending general inquiries. By submitting these forms, you:

• Represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete
• Consent to us contacting you using the information provided
• Agree to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we handle your information

Submission of a catering inquiry does not constitute a binding agreement or reservation. All catering services are subject to availability and a separate written agreement.

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Site, its content, or the accuracy of any information provided.

Menu items, prices, schedules, and locations shown on the Site are subject to change without notice. Pricing displayed as “TBD” or “coming soon” does not constitute an offer to sell at any particular price.

The launch timeline, planned locations, and event participation listed on the Site are targets and are not guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EKOSIMBA, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or its content.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party site. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Wake County, North Carolina.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
